Contraversy about PhantomALERT providing Locations of DUI Checkpoints

There is a controversial new tool that is now available to drivers which allows them to receive instant warnings on their cell phone or GPS when a DUI checkpoint is near. This has many law enforcement officials concerned that drunk drivers could use it to escape arrest.


PhantomALERT, which originally began by providing drivers the locations of speed traps and red light cameras, now also offers their users the locations of DUI checkpoints. Is it right or wrong? You decide.
